Ken Raggio Presents Program on Social Media and other Electronic Evidence in family Law Cases
Ken Raggio recently spoke to the national meeting of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in Fajardo, Puerto Rico on The Pleasures and Pitfalls of Producing and Presenting Electronic Evidence. The presentation covered the use-and misuse-of emails, texts, Facebook, MySpace, and other forms of electronic evidence in family law cases. Misuse topics explored included call spoofing, data security, and challenges to apparently authentic evidence.
Raggio first spoke to the Academy about technology in 1985, and is one of the few family law attorneys to have ever presented to the ABA’s annual TechShow, the Superbowl of technology conferences for attorneys.
